Die Referenten:

Christian Binder Christoph Mathis ist Coach, Mentor und Trainer mit langjähriger Erfahrung mit Scrum und agiler Softwareentwicklung. Er arbeitet seit 2001 mit Extreme Programming und nutzt seit 2003 Scrum. Christoph ist zertifiziert als Certified Scrum Trainer und Certified Scrum Coach.

Christian Schmidkonz trat 1994 in die SAP AG ein. Der diplomierte Technische Informatiker und Software Ingenieur verfügt heute über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in Entwicklung, Projektleitung und Coaching im Softwareumfeld. Er leitete weiterhin die Produktentwicklung der easySolutions bei der eSAP, der früheren Internet-Tochter der SAP. Seit 2002 führt der Chief Development Architect verantwortlich innovative Konzepte und Methoden bei SAP ein. Dazu gehören unter anderem eine Standardmethode für Ramp-Up Knowledgetransfer Projekte, neue Requirements-Engineering Methoden im Rahmen des SAP Standardproduktentwicklungs-Frameworks und seit Ende 2005 die sehr erfolgreiche weltweite Einführung von Scrum und Agilen Methoden bei SAP. Als Agiler Mentor und Coach hat er mehr als 100 internationale Projekte betreut.

Christian Schmidkonz ist als Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner und Certified Scrum Practitioner bei der Scrum Alliance registriert.
