Der Vortrag steht als PDF Dokument zum Download bereit.

During 2008, AOL launched a massive campaign to transition to agile project management. In one of the largest adoptions seen in the industry, it was the goal to connect existing pockets of agility with new teams and business units. This experience report will highlight how organizational change was introduced and managed in a globally distributed environment. The session will outline, how Scrum was institutionalized and presents the challenges faced. It also gives insights into the internal reward system and how roles and responsibilities have changed.
